Our 3-Phase Certification Process
Phase 1: Application
Submit an application to begin the process. Each application is reviewed against Scandia’s credentialing standards. This step ensures alignment with our mission and quality benchmarks. Responses provided within 10 business days.
Phase 2: Contracting
If your application meets Scandia’s standards, you’ll receive an Agreement that outlines expectations for collaboration. This includes quality standards, clinical integration, agreed-upon service rates, use of technology and analytics, and participation in quality assurance. The Agreement creates a clear, transparent framework for working together.
Phase 3: Onboarding
Providers complete onboarding by sharing key staff contacts for admissions, case management, and clinical coordination. Professional introductions help establish smooth communication and ensure efficient patient support from day one.
